Innovating lies in the DNA of our client CORNING since their founding back in 1851. That is why stereolize is more than a perfect fit. With the PIIDU* we realized an idea for an ultra-modern transparent Public Information Display developed in collaboration with Corning, with interactive holografic displays on huge Corning Gorilla Glass panes. The squarish fully transparent setup was designed for minimum architectural impact while stating pure elegance and modernism. In keeping the installation footprint as small as possible PIIDU can be placed in nearly every public space. The system was equipped with holo-optimized demo-content, which was driven by a custom programmed CMS for a 3D navigation device and a custom programmed SAP HANA server for an intuitive realtime dataviz application.
